🐰 Shipping Policy – Hopportunity Subscription Box
At Hopportunity, we know your bunny is eagerly waiting for their next box of fun! 🥕 We carefully pack every box with love to ensure it arrives safe, fresh, and ready for binkies.
📦 Where We Ship
We currently hop across Canada including Yukon, NWT and Nunavut, delivering joy to bunnies from coast to coast. More locations may be added in the future—stay tuned!
⏱️ Processing Time
Each Hopportunity box is hand-packed with care. Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received.
During busier times, we may need a little extra time—but we promise it’s worth the wait!
📅 Shipping Schedule
Your Hopportunity box will ship within one week of your order being placed- so your bunny won't have to wait long for their goodies 🐾
- Orders placed on or before the 27th of the month will qualify for that month's box
- Orders placed after the 27st will hop into the next month's box
You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your box is on the way.
🚚 Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. Free shipping on all orders of $50.00 CAD or more
📍 Delivery Times
Once your box leaves our burrow, estimated delivery times are:
Manitoba & nearby areas: 1–3 business days Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut 7-14 business days
Western & Central Canada: 3–7 business days
Eastern Canada: 5–10 business days
Please note: delays can happen due to weather, holidays, or carrier hiccups.

If you’re local, you may see a delivery option at checkout—because sometimes the shortest hop is the best one!
📬 Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
If the address is incorrect, your box might take an unexpected detour—and we’d hate for your bunny to miss out!
❄️ Weather Delays
Being proudly Canadian means we know winter can be a little… extra.
In extreme conditions, shipments may be delayed slightly to keep everything safe and in the best condition possible.
